Stable Ankle Support, 2-Pack – Support for Your Ankles

Does your ankle feel unstable on uneven ground?
You might notice it on a walk in the woods with your dog, on the padel court, or out for a run. The ankle supports fit snugly around your ankles and provide a stable feel with every step. They’re thin enough to fit in regular shoes, and you get one for each foot.

Benefits

• A stable feel around the ankle. The support fits snugly around your ankle and Achilles tendon, helping your foot feel more supported when you walk or run.
• Adjust the fit yourself. Tighten the hook-and-loop straps before a workout, then loosen them for a walk.
• Fits in your shoes. The low-profile design works with sneakers, running shoes, and boots, and is barely visible under your pants.
• One for each foot. The package contains two supports, so you can wear them on both feet or keep one as a spare.

How to use them

Slide the support over your foot so your heel sits in the opening, then wrap the hook-and-loop straps around your ankle. Tighten it until it fits snugly but doesn’t feel restrictive. You should be able to move your toes freely without your foot going numb.
